Description
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil, Diluted (Chamaemelum nobile)
Sweet, apple-like and gentle, ready to use from the bottle.
Our Roman chamomile is steam-distilled from the small daisy-like flowerheads of Chamaemelum nobile. The aroma is sweet, warm and fruity, closer to ripe apples and fresh hay than to anything sharply herbal. It is pre-diluted in cold-pressed grapeseed oil (the product description gives 5%, so check the strength on your label), which makes it ready to use with no measuring.
Each bottle is made of amber glass to help protect the oil from light, and comes with a black-collared glass pipette for controlled, drop-by-drop use. Choose the 10ml size to try it or the 30ml size for regular use.

How to use
- On the skin: already diluted, so use it as supplied. Massage 2 to 3 drops into the wrists, hands, neck or shoulders. Do not add more essential oil, and patch test first.

- Not for diffusers: because it contains a carrier oil, it is not suitable for ultrasonic or nebulising diffusers. Choose a pure essential oil for diffusing.
