A: Unlike mass-automated warehouses, every VivaForte order is hand-inspected and personally packed in our Spanish studio. This ensures the highest quality control and a personal touch in every shipment.

Q: Why are some products occasionally out of stock?

A: Because we prioritise small-batch quality and botanical freshness over mass production, we sometimes limit quantities to ensure you receive the most potent products available.

A: We source only 100% pure, single-origin botanicals. Every oil is tested for purity to ensure it is free from synthetic fillers, matching the highest industry standards for wellness.

Q: How should I store my supplements and oils?

A: To maintain the integrity of our natural ingredients, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our glass packaging is specifically designed to protect against UV degradation.

A: No. Our philosophy is “Design-led Wellness,” which means we strip away the unnecessary. Our supplements focus on clean, active ingredients without magnesium stearate or artificial colors.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order in Spain?

A: Because we prioritise care over speed, please allow 1-2 business days for preparation. Once shipped, mainland Spain deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ship throughout the European Union and select international destinations. Shipping times vary by location.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: Because we use a manual fulfillment process, there is a small window where we can update your details. Please contact our studio via our contact page within 2 hours of your order to request a change.

Q: Do you offer “Express Shipping” in Spain?

A: We focus on a careful, measured delivery process to ensure product safety. While we don’t offer “next-day” rush shipping, our standard courier service in Spain is highly reliable and tracked.

Q: Is the packaging eco-friendly?

A: Yes. Part of our commitment to wellness includes the planet. We use recyclable cardboard, biodegradable fillers, and minimal plastic in all our manual fulfillment.

Q: Can I return a supplement if I’ve opened it?

A: For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened with the original hygiene seals intact. Please see our Returns page for full details.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

A: You can check out as a guest, but creating a VivaForte account allows you to track your orders, view your purchase history, and receive early access to new botanical releases.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: I am buying this as a gift; do you include invoices in the box?

A: As a boutique studio, we ensure our packaging is “gift-ready.” We do not include price-on-paper invoices inside the box; your receipt is sent digitally to your email.
