Every VivaForte order is checked and packed by hand in Spain. Here is everything you need to know about delivery times, costs and where we ship.

Order Preparation

We check and pack each order by hand, so please allow 1 to 2 business days for preparation. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Delivery estimates below start from the day your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Times & Costs

  • Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping is €4.95, and free on orders over €50.
  • Rest of the EU: 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is €12.95, and free on orders over €80.

The delivery options available to your address, and your final shipping cost, are shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not offered, please contact us.

We currently deliver within Spain and the European Union only. Orders within the EU do not attract customs charges.

Tracking & Delivery Problems

When your order leaves us, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering, before your parcel is dispatched. If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. See our Returns & Refunds page for your rights.
