1. Who we are

This website is operated by VivaForte, based in Spain. Our full business details are set out in our Legal Notice. You can contact us at any time through our contact page.

2. Using this website

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use it only for lawful purposes. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or introduce anything harmful to it.

3. Products and information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because essential oils are natural products, aroma and colour can vary slightly from batch to batch. Product images are illustrations, and the label and product page are your best guide to what you will receive.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros. The total you pay, including delivery, is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming that we have received it. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you.

7. Your right to cancel

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. 8. Legal guarantee

All our goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or refund. This is a statutory right and it is not affected by anything in these terms.

9. Health and safety

VivaForte products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this website is for general information and does not replace professional medical advice. Essential oils are highly concentrated: follow the directions and safety guidance on the label and on each product page, and see our Essential Oil Safety page. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or are buying for a child, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design, belongs to VivaForte or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your personal use, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for harm caused by using a product contrary to its label or safety guidance, or for events outside our reasonable control.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the day you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your home country or of Spain. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. You can also contact your local consumer protection authority.
