How to use

• Diffuser: not recommended, as this product is diluted in a carrier oil. Choose a pure essential oil for diffusing.
• Inhalation: put 1 drop on a tissue and breathe in slowly. Keep the tissue away from your skin and eyes.
• On the skin: this oil is supplied pre-diluted. Follow the dilution and directions on the bottle label, do not use it neat on broken skin, and patch test first.
