How to use
- Diffuser: add 2 to 4 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser in a well-ventilated room, in sessions of 30 to 60 minutes.
- Inhalation: put 1 drop on a tissue and breathe in slowly. Keep the tissue away from your skin and eyes.
- On the skin: always dilute. Mix 2 drops into 10ml of a carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba (about 1%), or 3 drops into 15ml. Never exceed 1%. Patch test first.
