Templo is our meditation blend, built on precious resins and woods. Frankincense and myrrh bring a warm, resinous depth, palo santo adds its sweet, slightly smoky character, and sandalwood and cedarwood create a soft, grounding base, lifted by a touch of lavender.
Diffuse it before yoga, meditation, journalling or any moment when you want to slow down and be still.

How to Use
- Ultrasonic diffuser: add 4 to 6 drops per 100ml of water and diffuse for 30 to 60 minutes in a ventilated room.
- Oil burner: add 3 to 4 drops to the water in the dish.
- Start your session a few minutes before you begin, so the room is gently scented.
