The scent story
What does Cocina smell like?
Why choose this blend?
Bright citrus and green herbs are the natural partners of a Mediterranean kitchen. Lime and lemon bring a clean zest, litsea adds a sherbet-like sparkle, and basil and spearmint give a fresh, herbal lift that suits cooking smells far better than heavy or sweet fragrances.
What it brings to your day
- A fresh lift after cooking
- A clean, zesty scent for open-plan living
- A cheerful fragrance for busy family spaces
Make it your ritual
A moment with Cocina
Once the plates are cleared, open the window for ten minutes, wipe down the worktops and give the room a few spritzes of the home spray. Light the candle on the dining table for the rest of the evening.
A little detail worth knowing
Litsea cubeba, also known as May Chang, is a small Asian pepper-like fruit with a bright, lemon-sherbet scent. It is what gives Cocina its sparkle. Because lime and litsea are not suited to skin, this blend is made for the home only.
How to use it
Diffuser blend
Follow the bottle label and your diffuser manufacturer’s directions. Keep diffusers away from the hob and food preparation areas, keep the room ventilated and enjoy short sessions. The diffuser concentrate is for aromatic use; do not swallow it or apply it directly to skin.
Candle
Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from the hob, extractor fan and anything flammable. Never leave it unattended; extinguish before sleep.
Home spray
Use as directed on the label for room fragrance. Avoid spraying towards faces, pets, food, worktops or cooking surfaces. A home spray is not a body spray.
Always check the specific product label and suitability for your household, including children and pets. Read our essential oil safety guide before use.
