1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember your basket, keep it secure, and work properly. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are covered by this policy too.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies. These are needed for the shop to work and do not require your consent.

• WooCommerce (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*): keep your basket and checkout working. Duration: the session, up to 2 days.
• WordPress login (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_test_cookie): used only if you log in to your account. Duration: the session, up to 14 days if you choose Remember me.
• Payment security (for example __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid, set by our payment provider): detect fraud and complete card payments securely. Duration: from 30 minutes up to 1 year.
• Your cookie choice: remembers the preference you set, if a consent banner is shown. Duration: up to 12 months.

Functional cookies. These improve your experience, for example by remembering the language you choose with our translation tool (googtrans, set by GTranslate). Duration: the session.

Third-party payment methods. If you pay with Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, those providers may set their own cookies when you use them at checkout. Please see their own cookie policies for details.

Analytics and advertising cookies. We do not currently use cookies to track your behaviour for analytics or advertising. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

3. How to manage cookies

You can accept, reject or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Here are the guides for the main browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the basket and checkout from working.
